Description
The Program Delivery Lead - Retrospective Campaign works with internal partners and vendors to deliver best in class results from chart retrieval and coding. The role requires performance oversight of, but not direct responsibility over, the retrieval and coding operational teams. The role will work with the operational teams, analytics and reporting, and finance to ensure all metrics, including financial targets, are identified, monitored, and attained.
Responsibilities
The Program Delivery Lead - Retrospective Campaign will lead the efforts of all parties involved in the annual retrieval and coding campaign. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: campaign planning and forecasting, delivery of targets to finance, weekly performance monitoring, action plans, presentations to leadership, and other duties as necessary. The expectation is that the Lead role will drive strategy in the retrospective campaign and the ancillary programs that benefit from the work.
Required Qualifications
3 years project management experience
3 years Risk Adjustment experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and deliver quality work under pressure
Experience working independently with multiple stakeholders from across the organization
Proven consultative approach
Proactive, flexible, and always seeking improvement and positive change
Ability to use discretion and possess exceptional judgement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Medical record retrieval and/or coding experience
5 years in Stars, Risk Adjustment, Clinical, Pharmacy, and/or Home organizations
Working knowledge of SQL
Data visualization experience
Advanced skills using O365 suite, including Teams, Power Point, SharePoint
Additional Information
This position is open to working remote or at the Humana Tower in Louisville, Kentucky Corporate Office.
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
