Role:We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our Brand Creative team. Are you a master organizer? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you passionate about developing and orchestrating process for design? Do you have validated project management experience that will ensure delivery of top-notch creative assets which translate into the successful engagement of prospects and users of Splunk?This role will be dedicated to Splunk events to ensure a top-of-class brand experience for our audiences, both physically and virtually. This role requires a high-level of collaboration with stakeholders across Marketing, with an especially close partnership with our Global Events Management team.You will partner closely with a Senior Experience Brand Designer, filling a critical role of planning, organizing and project managing with the team as they develop the branded executions of Splunk events.Youu2019ll also have a hands-on background in creative project management for all stages of the creative life cycle, from concept to final delivery of digital and print assets. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and real passion for all aspects of design.If you are ready to join a rapidly growing team in a highly creative and impactful role, we want to talk to you. This role will be remote-based and will report into the Senior Manager, Creative Operations.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the ongoing flow of all creative projects.Your primary focus will be around event and experience delivery working closely with Global Events Marketing and the brand and media studios.Partner closely with subject matter experts in Marketing to understand project requirements, audience needs and timelines.You will work with the Splunk design team and external creative agencies to manage workflow.Partner with designers to manage ongoing updates of foundational assets including event brand guidelines, review and approval processes, presentation templates, etc.You will collaborate with the Corporate Messaging team on copy to ensure everything aligns to our current positioning.Work closely with the Senior Manager, Creative Ops to build out plans for high visibility projects and programs by identifying requirements, dependencies and building work back schedules to manage deadlines.Communicate weekly status updates on schedules, resources, risks and dependencies. Lead weekly status meetings to work through issues and set priorities for the week for both Brand Creative and stakeholders.Help keep all department trains on the tracks and deliver on timelines.Requirements:You will have over 5 years of creative project management experience including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast-moving environment.You should be a passionate, results oriented person who wants to make a difference.You have the ability to mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem solving while maintaining calm under pressure.Be an excellent communicator across different media and have strong interpersonal skills managing across multi-functional/international internal and external teams.Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic company.Demonstrate an ability to balance on a variety of different projects simultaneously.Design and creative agency experience is a plus.Strong background in print and digital projects preferred.Hands-on experience working in a project management system to manage workflows. Experience with vendor management is a plus.Proficient in MSOffice suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Proficient in Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides.Knowledgeable in Workfront and AEM is a plus.Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop is a plus.Education:Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar discipline.Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.We value diversity at our company.
