Profile

Essential Functions: Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinates work performed by IT, Engineering, and operational staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Partners with stakeholders to define project objectives and measurable goals, and draft project plan accordingly. Collaborates on project plans and oversees the implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Improves all aspects of project planning and resource management including but not limited to enterprise or industry change management. Coordinates technical and programmatic decisions throughout project lifecycle.Facilitates and leads stakeholder and team meetings Leads technical sessions with team members to address questions or challenges. Creates and analyzes application performance and analytic reports. Creates visibility into status of project roadmaps and communicates key milestones for key features on project roadmaps. Analyzes existing processes, team utilization, and operational data to determine efficient utilization of people, process, and technology to drive business goals. Identifies project risks and work with management and business stakeholders to navigate project to completion. Determine and set project milestones. Calculates advanced return on investment (ROI) and savings on investment (SOI) and reporting; provides recommendations to maximize returns and savings. Develops training materials and co-facilitates trainings. Facilitates and leads discovery and planning sessions, user acceptance testing, and product reviews and demos. Identifies new technologies and collaborates with third party vendors. Participates in regulatory affairs activities as necessary. Partners with cross-functional teams for change management or deployment strategies. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.u00A0Education and Experience:Bacheloru2019s degree in related field required, Masteru2019s preferred.Minimum three (3) years of related technical or project management experience required.Prior experience with Scrum and/or Agile methodologies preferred. Prior experience leading technical teams for Product Development Programs preferred.Pay Range: $110,000.00/YR to $130,000.00/YRu00A0
