Job Description: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

n

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

n

Inflammatix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage all aspects of new product development and related projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced start up environment and will work with high performance cross-functional teams to establish and execute project plans. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Program Management and Design Assurance.

n

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

n

n
• Creating project plans and schedules, including setting targets for milestones and allocating resources
n
• Delegating tasks to team members and monitoring progress to completion
n
• Identifying and managing project risks
n
• Assisting in the definition and control of project scope
n
• Facilitating team meetings and driving team decisions
n
• Communicating with the project executive sponsor to keep the project aligned with corporate goals
n
• Adjusting schedules and baselines on the project as required
n
• Ensuring completion of deliverables and conducting stage end reviews
n
• Managing contractual elements of projects with other companies or government agencies
n

n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

n

n
• 7 years of experience with medical device or in vitro diagnostics project management
n
• B.S. degree (scientific or engineering)
n
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and Quality System Regulations
n
• PMP certification (preferred)
n

n
