Our team works a hybrid 9x80 schedule located at our REC/EROB facility with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities Include:

(INL) Project Management Office (PMO) Project Management Capabilities Development and Assessment (CD&A) Lead will work collaboratively as program lead with PMO leaders, project managers, program managers, project controls analysts, schedulers, and cost estimators, as well as with key INL mission area collaborators to develop, deliver, and manage INL project management capabilities development programs tailored to mission and work field needs, including initial and continuing training for project management practitioners in diverse mission areas throughout the laboratory.
The CD&A Lead will also lead sustainment planning and execution of the INL Project Management Leadership Academy (PMLA).
The program lead will continually assess and improve capabilities development program components based on relevance, currency, and effectiveness.
','!*!Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or Advanced degree and 6 years of experience. Excellent facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in program and project management and driving large-scale initiatives.
Strong knowledge of models, theories, and standard methodologies in the field of capabilities development program management.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy L clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
Preferred Requirements:
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
INL Lead Assessor qualification within 12 months of start required
Excellent facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in program and project management and executing large-scale initiatives. Strong knowledge of models, theories, and best practices in the field of learning, leadership development, and program performance assessment.
Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities with diverse colleagues in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary and global environment.
• Highly proficient with industry development tools and software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, etc.).
• Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Formal training, education, or significant experience in Adult Learning, Human Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, and Training Evaluation is highly desirable.

Salary 220: GRADE 220 ($107,520 - $177,336)
