The NCDHHS Data Office is seeking a Dashboard Lead to oversee the NCDHHS Dashboard Team, a 10 person team that develops impactful data visualizations ranging from those that support North Carolina's COVID-19 response.

Experience working for a government, public health, healthcare, or social services organization preferred

5 years overall professional experience with at least 3 years working with data, or leading a data team

5 Years
Experience in Project Management across data/IT projects

3 Years
Knowledge of small cell suppression policies and general knowledge of privacy and security policies

Demonstrated ability to apply best practices in visualization techniques to design meaningful and impactful dashboards/reporting solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion
