Requirements:
5 years of experience.
Comfortable being in a blended role including Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities (40% project management / 60% business analyst)
Blend of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Strong communication skills are a must, as this person will be working with all levels of professionals including executives.
From a Business Analyst perspective, this person will communicate with end users, build specs, document specs, hand to developers, test, rinse and repeat.
Bachelors degree high preference – may look at experience in lieu of.
PMP preferred
