Aon is looking for a Project Coordinator in Houston, TX As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk. Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like: Job Responsibilities:Maintain and grow a portfolio of client accounts as project manager and own the financial performance of those accounts including:Serve as the primary client contact, developing a thorough understanding of their business operationsGrowth of assigned owner-controlled insurance programs through expanded contractor participationOwnership of renewal process, meet with client team to set renewal strategiesFacilitate effective communication with and between owner-controlled stakeholders, including internal client risk management, procurement, and legal groups as well as participating contractors.Coordination of insurance program marketing for assigned client accountsUnderstand client issues and help resolve them through analysis, research, and team collaborationElicit, analyze, and document program requirements by communicating directly with clients and colleagues to resolve issuesAssist with connecting processes and overcoming internal silosSupport department business operations, financial processes and improvement/efficiency initiativesDevelop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for bespoke client reports and provide corresponding data analysis and interpretation to clients You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Exceptional client communication skills4-10 years of industry experienceAbility to analyze and resolve financial issuesWorking knowledge of ExcelStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to partner and collaborate with colleagues within various finance disciplinesAmbitious, strong team player, willing to own responsibilities and take initiativeEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
