Summary of Role

The Project Manager (Creative Services) is responsible for the day to day operations of the Global Document Production (GDP) team, work with a team of creative professionals that could include web developers, designers, videographers, content writers, etc. and lead process improvement using relevant industry best practices standards/methodologies.

The Role

Works with GDP Team Leaders/Managers and Analysts to achieve business plans including meeting productivity targets, effective client delivery and sustainable employee engagement.

· Collaborate with LOB Practice Leaders and Project Managers in developing business and/or operational plans and delivering planned performance which creates opportunities to reduce operational bottlenecks, on-time client delivery and process excellence.

· Provide updates to and receive feedback from LOB Practice Leaders and Project Managers on operations updates, operational/financial performance, continuous improvement initiatives, resource needs, etc.

· Develop and execute on strategic staffing plans, compliance with professional excellence policies and procedures and employee engagement initiatives.

· Facilitate the analysis of business and process performance, and identifying improvement opportunities, process or control gaps leading to quality, compliance, professional excellence & risk issues.

· Establish and maintain structure & mechanisms in place for governance & monitoring of risk, quality, compliance, and performance improvement related items.

· Lead activities to comply with and/or maintain certification to quality management standards, including ISO9001, ISO27001, and Professional Excellence.

· Lead activities supporting compliance to client, corporate, and regulatory requirements.

The Requirements


Bachelor’s degree required.
Seven or more year’s successful experience in leading medium to large, potentially diverse teams of team managers and/or senior professionals preferably in a program with emphasis on marketing, advertising, digital graphics and designs
Ability to look beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems
Experience in workforce management, capacity forecasting, metrics reporting and project management
Experience working in creative services and production environment (ex. Ad agency, marketing, etc.)
An executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members at all levels to effectively deliver on internal and external client needs.
Continuous improvement mindset – increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each product or service repetition
Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English required
Must be flexible on working hours to attend to meetings based on demands of the role. Willing to work in EMEA hours
