Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote
The program manager acts as a coordinator between multiple projects and teams within Infor Marketing to be sure they're benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals. They will bring key individuals together from different areas to help move a project or strategy need forward. This role will be the go-to person for team awareness of larger projects and programs that the web team is engaged with and help keep the team and timelines in sync. The program manager will help lead calls and meetings to collaborate talents and skills of key players to achieve the needed outcome and help resolve and troubleshoot challenges that arise along the way. The program manager will learn what other members on the team do, how the workflows should go, and help direct incoming requests and needs to the right or best resource for the task. They will also look for areas of improvement to help streamline options as technologies or organizations change over time.

Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. u2022
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. u2022
Creating and managing long-term goals. u2022
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. u2022
Managing communication and collaboration across multiple teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. u2022
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance. u2022
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. u2022
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. u2022
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. u2022
Analyzing program risks. u2022
Helping to move forward strategy and roadmaps with the web and larger marketing team as a whole.
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, Marketing, business, or related field required
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Understanding of project management.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Proven experience in program management.
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications: SFDC, Pardot and On24 experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing a team.
