CCS Construction is a rapidly expanding commercial general construction company based in Orlando, FL. With projects across the state, CCS focuses primarily within the retail, restaurant, petroleum and self storage industries.
CCS is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to handle all aspects of multiple ground-up and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter and have a minimum of 10yrs commercial project management experience in the retail, restaurant, petroleum and/or self storage industries. Estimating experience is a plus. The project manager will be responsible for all aspects of projects including but not limited to:
Budgeting & pre-construction planning
Permit coordination
Subcontractor negation and buy-out
Project scheduling
Submittal management
Customer interaction
Customer invoicing and change order management
Financial management including P&L
Quality control
Interaction with field superintendents to ensure project success
Punch-list completion
Project close-out
