Summary:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is looking for an Associate Operations Project Manager to join our global Operations team and help provide exceptional service to our growing customer base, which includes enterprise-level organizations and government agencies. You will join a dedicated team of Operations and Database professionals working with customers all over the globe to help our customers be successful. As part of that team, you will work directly with our Customer Support, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to drive cross-organization projects and focus on enabling, organizing, and reporting on the project life cycle. The role requires developing a thorough knowledge of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s products and processes. You will also assist in scheduling internal and customer facing change events as part of a project’s life cycle.
Responsibilities
Provides hands-on cross-functional project management for ongoing migrations across a global platform and SaaS product line customer-impacting security vulnerability remediation
C level initiatives and cost savings projects
FedRamp, HIPAA and PCI compliance projects and audits
Ongoing end of life and AWS projects from the technical Operations side for maintenance and support of the current platform and upcoming products.
Identify key stakeholders, listen to their needs, and consult with critical partners to gain trust and acceptance
Ensure all Operations project documentation is updated and maintained to include plans, risk and issues, and any other relevant information for the project
Identify dependencies with other teams and manage those carefully
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all the stages of the project life cycle
Organizes the creation of internal team enablement for project execution, including requirements gathering, proof of concept, documentation, test planning, assisting with customer communications, advocacy, scheduling work and final audits.
Creates and refines process and procedure for all technical Operations projects.
Identifies and advocates for automation and process improvement both within Operations and across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. as a whole
Provides data analysis of customer base to determine best approaches to migration and product release efforts
Develop capabilities to track metrics related to projects and provide status updates on current projects
Coordinate, validate and schedule internal and external releases in balance with work requests across a global engineering team.
Key Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent project management experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Software industry
Experience successfully managing complex, large-scale projects
Conceptual Understanding of AWS Cloud and its various services
Ability to lead collaborative whiteboarding sessions and pseudocode
Communicates honestly, openly, with transparency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to grow and adapt into role and take on additional responsibilities
Nice to have:
Prior experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira
Prior experience with documentation products such as Confluence and wiki
Project Management and/or SCRUM certification
Understanding of the LAMP stack
