The Talent Acquisition Project Manager leads the effort to plan for and execute a significant ramp up in staffing at the Minaris Regenerative Medicine, Allendale site, to meet the near-term needs of our clients and the staffing of our newest facility, designed for the manufacturing and development of commercial cell and gene therapies. Reporting to the Head, People and Organizational Development, the role will collaborate with internal teams including Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, GxP Training, Informational Technology, and more, as well as with external contractors such as recruiters. The success of the candidate will be judged on the successful hiring and onboarding (judged based on integration at 90 days post hire) of the talent needed to meet the client project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead talent acquisition to meet the needs of the business in delivering for a significant client project
Develop talent acquisition plan that meets the needs of the business and our client
Engage new talent sources
Optimize existing talent sources
Establish systems and processes to significantly ramp up talent acquisition to meet the needs of the project
Use virtual and in-person career fairs, open houses, and other events as appropriate to generate interest
Coordinate promotion activities (advertising and more) with the recruitment marketing team
Leverage internal referrals and application from employees in coordination with internal communication team
Develop recruiting strategies and execution plans that align with MA05 hiring goals and objectives; ensure high-touch recruitment candidate experience through (future state) advanced technology.
Work in partnership on compensation and hiring incentives that creates improved processes to decrease new-hire turnover rates.
Directly engage in recruiting and selection activities as needed

Reach out to candidates
Participate on interview panels
Coordinate the successful hiring and onboarding of the new talent
Plan and coordinate with the primary internal functions involved in onboarding such as Facilities, GxP Training, EHS, IT, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, and Technical Training
Design new onboarding systems or optimize existing onboarding systems in collaboration with internal functions
Assess and improve the organizations ability to incorporate and engage the newly acquired talent
Deep experience and resourcefulness to elevate the Talent Acquisition staffing,
Ability to analyze and translate data into metrics and data-driven calls to action are required for success in the position.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree and 7 years experience in the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition function.
Minimum 3 yrs. managing and overseeing recruiter daily activity in a life sciences manufacturing/commercial environment.
Project management skill (PMP certification preferred)
Demonstrated life sciences recruiting experience
Broad knowledge of talent acquisition sources for life sciences
COMPETENCIES/ CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Proven expertise leading full lifecycle recruitment including performance metrics and onboarding.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise scale Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Ability to manage through a project management skill and mentality
Successfully interact with all levels of management in a matrixed environment.
Skilled with balanced judgment in planning, executing, and achieving Talent Acquisition goals.
Experience with project management practices; consistent performance in periods of ambiguity.

Working Environment:

This position may be performed at remote locations or at the Allendale, NJ location, with most work
performed through meetings and extensive use of phone and computer.
