Our Clinics offer a team-based care model where our physicians lead a multi-disciplinary care team supporting patient's physical, emotional, and social wellness.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager's work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Project Manager Role Overview:


Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for project completion
Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project
Aids in selection of external vendors and contractors
Develops project schedules, assists with budgeting and forecast details; and understands the return on investment / cost benefit to the project implementation
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related area
Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones
Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project
Communicates with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project
Monitors progress and performance against the project plan
Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations
Requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
Follows established guidelines/procedures


Required Qualifications


5 years of Project Management Experience
Bachelor's degree
Ability to operate in a faced-paced environment under tight deadlines
Ability to assist in the completion of internal/external deliverables by cross-functional teams
Ability to collaborate with multiple market leaders, and interact with senior/executive level leadership
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
Strong communication, verbal and written to various audiences and levels
Ability to occasionally travel within markets (travel could be up to 25% of time dependent on project)
Strong team player / project leader while also possessing the ability to work independently
Exceptional, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong work ethic, detail orientation and passion for excellence


Preferred Qualifications


PMP Preferred
Previous experience in healthcare technology and EMRs
Previous experience working for a hospital system or in practice management
Previous experience working with Genesys
Previous experience working with SalesForce
Knowledge and understanding of business, relating to Primary Care/Manager Care
Experience with One Note, MS project
Experience utilizing Zoom
