Our client is a data and technology company fostering on innovation, growth, and collaboration.
They are seeking a Project Coordinator
to join their team in St. Louis, MO! This role will be client-facing and also compliance-focused.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Supporting the project manager and other project resources during the project lifecycle
Working through regulations, compliance, and also internal/external auditing
Assisting in the development of communication and training plans
Taking notes during project meetings and distributing meeting summaries accordingly
Updating project plans as needed
Planning, monitoring, and coordinating tasks
Participating in and document needs assessment meetings
Assisting in the data collection and validation efforts
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
1-3 Years of Prior Experience (Jr. PM, PM, Project Coordinator, or Project Administrator)
Experience in auditing
Experience working in compliance
Experience working in an IT environment
Must be efficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
Experience with data entry
Experience with project planning
High levels of communication, both written and verbal
