The Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Service Engineering Program manager is responsible for coordinating and managing execution of projects related to the design, development, release, and maintenance of CAS capital service-related engineering. In addition, this manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to managing global shared regional service delivery. This includes executing to agreed upon operating mechanism, and ensuring the CAS OU service strategy and deliverables are communicated and executed by various global service delivery teams.

Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions for arrhythmia management.
**Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Plans, directs and implements all aspects of the company's design and development of new medical device products or software systems related to capital equipment service and repair
May develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems or reliability systems and standards pertaining to materials, techniques, or company products.
Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing capital equipment technologies
Guides the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, processes or products as it relates to service and repair of CAS capital equipment.
Directs the development of new concepts from initial design to market release.
Organizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Maintains relationships and operating mechanisms with global partners including shared service delivery teams, technical and field service engineers, marketing and country managers, to support ongoing customer service needs of the region.
Ensures adherence to ISO/GMP quality systems.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technical field with
5 years of experience in Quality, Engineering and/or Program Management
OR
Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science or Technical field with
3 years of experience in Quality, Engineering and/or Program Management
**Preferred**
Project management experience
Medical device experience
Engineering degree (biomedical, mechanical, electrical, etc. )
PMP Certification
Lean sigma training/certification
