The Team
The Global Brand Marketing team is our strategic and creative masterminds, with a distinct connection to the consumer, is dedicated to strengthening our brand identity across our desired markets, through the World of Tommy and the World of Hilfiger. Responsible for landing clear, compelling and integrated communication roll-out, from concept, to channel to content strategy and creation, this team is focused on bringing the brand’s purpose to life by harnessing the power of consumer insights and data to maximize brand exposure and sales growth.
The Position
The Global Brand Marketing Manager – Market Launch, operates across the World of Hilfiger and world of Tommy labels, with a focus on end-to-end management of B2B marketing asset creation in collaboration with main stakeholders. The Manager supports the Tommy Hilfiger business in achieving its seasonal and longer-term goals by delivering impactful, effective, sell-in tools aligned to the global business & brand strategy. The function is a key connector within the marketing process ensuring seamless alignment across sell-in and consumer facing activities. The manager is expected to deliver a season-on-season process review & improvement to allow the constant development of new assets to meet the evolving needs of the business & sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the owner and leader of the Market Launch asset creation process on behalf of the marketing team
Work closely with the Director Product Marketing to plan, and strategize around Market Launch Marketing Assets Creation & Delivery
Plan & run the Market Launch assets creation process working closely with all relevant stakeholders including TH Agency and Divisional Marketing, Brand Merchandising, Digital Showroom, Sales Activations, Creative Services, Consumer Insights and all other relevant parties inside the Tommy Hilfiger Business
Ensure relevant and timely consultation planned according to milestones with management stakeholder including Creative Director
Understand and be the lead knowledges holder of usage, formats, delivery of all assets for Digital & Physical showrooms and sales toolkits
Prepare, run and review all calendars and milestones checking and refining process as needed with all relevant stakeholders including Divisions
Monitor and track budget
Understand and track all relevant market launch data (use off assets, effectiveness of assets, sell-in numbers)
Drive effective decision making and be a global mindset partner in amplifying prioritized stories elevating brand and product
Ensure thorough and timely communication to key stakeholders (e.g. senior management, product organization, regional leads)

The Ideal Candidate
+4 years apparel/fashion/lifestyle/creative agency/creative marketing or creative project management experience at a global/international level
University degree or similar in marketing, creative, communications, business studies or significant equivalent work experience
Strong aesthetic eye and taste level, strict attention to detail
Project management and organization skills
Strong sense of collaboration with the confidence to effectively engage with different stakeholders across the company
Pragmatic thinker and creative problem solver with a hands-on mentality
You have a very service-minded approach and work calmly under pressure to always find innovative and workable solutions
Good communicator and excellent team player: positive, energetic and constructive, taking responsibility for getting things done, and taking pride in doing them well
On the pulse of latest technology and passionate innovation driver with a digital/social first mindset
Business-level English (written & verbal) as well as solid communication skills
