Rotoflow and Gardner Cryogenics, a division of Air Products, has an immediate opening for an a Project Manager.

The Project Manager, Capital Projects, will lead the evaluation and execution of facility-related capital projects for Rotoflow and Gardner Cryogenics in the Lehigh Valley, aligned with business growth goals. They will report directly to the Manager of Planning and Capital Projects.

The business strategies for Rotoflow and Gardner Cryogenics over the next several years involve product line additions, significant top line growth, and market expansion. The Project Manager will translate these inputs into facility requirements, coordinating with commercial, manufacturing, and various technical teams.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, including estimating, planning, carrying out, schedule management, budget management and team member management. They will demonstrate cross functional relationships involving real estate, environmental team, legal, finance and Gardner/Rotoflow experts to meet milestones and decision points.

The role will provide an opportunity to learn Gardner and Rotoflow processes and businesses, positioning the incumbent for future roles in the organization after major capital projects are completed.

Nature and scope The role requires a high level of influence and communication skills in order to achieve successful outcomes. It requires the ability to communicate and interface with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the most senior leadership. The role requires a high level of organization, and essential project management skills. Principal accountabilities Lead the execution of facility and/or land expansion needs for Rotoflow and Gardner Cryogenics.


Plan, organize, execute and follow-through of goals in multiple parallel projects or sub projects.

Actively participate in application of business strategy to project execution.

Support the Leadership Team to enable growth goals.

Minimum requirements and qualifications

10 years of experience in leading projects and deliverables.

Advanced problem-solving skills. Ability to recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples.

Strong project management skills including oversight of project teams, resource identification, budgets, scheduling, safety management, and site safety work processes.

Ability to constructively manage conflict.

Ability to work across all levels to influence key stakeholders and lead through influence. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High energy, desire to learn new skills, and desire to continue assuming broader leadership roles in the organization. Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels of the organization.

Familiarity with facility construction, land development and permitting is a plus.

Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering a plus

PMP certification is a plus.
