The ServiceNow PPM Product team is looking for a ServiceNow PPM Technology Specialist to help drive and deliver the value of the ServiceNow PPM application.

Job Description

The ServiceNow PPM Technology Specialist will work as part of the PPM Product team to help drive and deliver the value of the ServiceNow PPM application. The Senior Technology PPM Specialist will work closely with the product owner to organize and manage proof of concepts for new functionality. The ServiceNow PPM Technology Specialist will develop communications strategies around enhancement releases; platform upgrades, including presenting at town halls and other meetings. As required, the Senior Technology PPM Specialist will manage enhancement stories from creation into production. The Senior Technology Solutions Professional will also work with the product owner to ensure that training materials and content are current and up-to-date.

Responsibilities


Organize and manage proof of concepts; present outcomes; make recommendations
Manage quarterly surveys, develop recommendations for enhancements based on results
Deliver presentations to support PPM initiatives
Develops a communication strategy to support enhancement releases and platform upgrades
Create and manage stories for PPM related enhancements


Required Qualifications


3 years of Project/Program Management Experience
1 years of experience working with ServiceNow capabilities (power-user)
Customer-focused
Self-starter that shows initiative and can effectively problem solve
Experiential knowledge of Project and Program Management Best Practices


Preferred Qualifications


Knowledgeable with Azure DevOps or other Agile tools and processes
ServiceNow PPM Expertise
ServiceNow Certification


Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.

Provide proof of applicable exemption including any required supporting documentation
