Job Details:
Digital Shelf Content AnalystWhat does a Tyson Digital Shelf Content Analyst do?You will constantly evaluate all current and new product content data, including images, product details and marketing content) to ensure that it is complete, accurate and updated in a timely manner on our internal and external trading partner’s digital shelf. You will work collaboratively with the Product Content Manager and PIM Manager to ensure Tyson exceeds customer expectations and support the product information management process, including the importation, delivery, and support of all product content. PIM will manage the details of product content resources, delivery channels, data quality, and governance. You will monitor and report on key data measurements, data issue resolution, and synchronizing content between our PIM platform and various content resources.Responsibilities
Lead the development of digital shelf insights through the analyzing of data sources related to digital shelf
Build and maintain digital shelf score carding by key stakeholder
Ensure product content is accurate and updated in a timely manner on our internal and external trading partner’s digital shelf.
Work collaboratively with PIM manager to proactively identify and correct digital shelf content
Develop and maintain a process to report digital shelf health to key stakeholders including distributor partners and internal product teams
Work collaboratively with SEO manager to drive organic search share improvement of Tyson Foodservice products
Apply analytics framework to monitor customer digital shelf initiatives including content development, taxonomy changes, and organic search share improvement
Leverage Profitero, Attribytes, Salsify Insights and other sources of data to build performance improvement roadmaps by key stakeholder
Develop benchmark metrics and data gathering against industry best in class to identify gaps in capabilities or focus metrics
Proactively identifies improvement opportunities related to key Digital Commerce merchandising operations processes and systems.
Determine most effective ways of using digital shelf data and insights to improve Tyson's presence on Foodservice distributor sites
Deep dive into specific areas of opportunity to diagnose the current result and develop plans with key stakeholders to close gaps
Requirements
BA/BS degree in relevant field
2 years of digital merchandising experience with track record of increasing responsibility
Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and syndicated data sources strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Salsify (PIM) preferred
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) preferred
Experience with Profitero, Attribytes or other eCommerce performance analytics platforms preferred
B2B or B2b eCommerce experience preferred
Experience developing and implementing merchandising backend processes/systems.
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
Experience in identifying operational issues, recommending, and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
