We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and oversee a wide range of construction projects from start to finish to join our team!
Job Description:
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates from blueprints
Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, from conception to completion ensuring project is completed on time and within budget
Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration
Manage and estimate multiple projects concurrently
Manage risk
Assist in RFP package preparation
Develop new clients while supporting and maintaining existing clients
Participate in trade shows and industry organizations
Desired Skills and Experience:
Well versed in all aspects of project management including bidding, estimating, subcontracting, permitting, cost management, project documentation, scheduling, billing and close out
Bachelor s degree with a preference in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Project
Good understanding of all trades-including MEP
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Client centered approach with a focus on customer development and satisfaction
Possess a do whatever it takes attitude
Creative thinker who is willing to think outside the box to achieve client goals
Autonomous individual who enjoys working with a team
Leader
Self-starter
Excellent time management skills, fully able to set own schedule
Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
LEED accreditation is a plus
