What We’re Looking For:
The Sr. HR project coordinator will support all Project Managers by performing various coordinating tasks, and project specific administrative duties. Under the direction of a PM, he/she may facilitate or lead small scale projects.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Administrative
Attend meetings with project managers and take notes.
Create documentation: presentations, FAQs, meeting notes, status updates, etc.
Organize and gather finalized deliverables and properly store project artifacts for historical reference.
Facilitate meetings in support of small scale projects, at the discretion of the Project Manager.
Coordination
Create calendar meetings for project/impact team meetings.
Assist project managers in keeping track of due dates and milestones.
Help maintain the team website on 2Universe.
Project Management
Proactively assesses needs and timelines for individually-owned projects to ensure execution in a timely manner.
Understands how to break down individually-owned projects into manageable tasks.
With guidance, sets clear and realistic goals and timelines for individually-owned projects.
Is aware of and proactively takes the time to learn the systems, tools, and/or methods available to them.
Seeks to understand the relevant data, metrics and reports and how to uncover insights from their respective analysis.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Level of education
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Level of experience
2 to 5 years in coordination or administrative duties
Certifications/training
- coordination or administrative certification a plus; actively working towards a CAPM/PMP certification a plus
