Essential Functions:Assists in the initiation, prioritization, scheduling, and tracking of projects requested of Marketing utilizing the project management system of record.Serves as the main point of contact for projects ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into the work as it progresses.Manages and contributes to the development of creative content for multi-channel campaigns including: email and direct mail, webinar series, web-content, print collateral, various events, and information sessions.Oversees and ensures brand consistency and alignment with brand strategy across all channels of marketing communications.Interfaces with internal and external teams/function management, and other stakeholders to keep abreast of current company initiatives related to project(s).Guides concepts, layouts, collateral assets, and proofs for review to ensure acquisition of concepts and approvals from relevant stakeholders upon project inception and prior to project completion.Schedules, facilitates, and/or participates in relevant meetings as needed, including strategy meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative briefings.Collaborates with regulatory personnel to review documents with claims, promotional material, labeling, product changes, and product documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Communicates major issues, scope changes, schedule changes, project risks, and major decisions that impact successful delivery of campaigns to relevant stakeholders; foresees potential scheduling and delivery conflicts early, and proactively proposes acceptable solutions.Disseminates notifications of published collateral to the appropriate departments, encouraging awareness of customer communications.Produces status reports as requested to ensure clarity of operations throughout the department.Seeks to optimize process workflows with regard to efficiency and accuracy.Coordinates with external vendors when necessary to ensure quality of deliverables and timely completion; takes into account campaign logistics to ensure all aspects are considered and addressed, including the final delivery.Gathers and maintains necessary financial records for campaign costs including: estimates, purchase orders, and invoices; sends records to Accounting for payment when applicable.Helps internal and external customers navigate through the project management system of record to submit requests, review proofs, solicit changes, and provide approvals.Contributes to the initiation, prioritization, and scheduling of video and photography project requests as well as obtains, organizes, and allocates resources to aid in the planning and execution of video/photo production when required.Supports in the coordination, preparation, and execution of video/photo shoots, including but not limited to securing talent, location, props, talent release signatures, and related resources to complete the filming process.Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require, at the direction of management.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.Minimum three (3) years of experience in marketing or relevant field.Previous experience in project management preferred.
