Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Facilitates and manages ART execution across functions and scrum teams
Manages program level impediments; works with functional teams to resolve the impediments
Conducts release planning and socializes outcome; Publishes release plan
Conducts program level scrum of scrums across all executing functions
Sets up release review (i.e. Program Increment Demo) meetings
Drives program level continuous improvement via inspect & adapt sessions
Tracks program level metrics and manages reporting
The Team
The US Systems Engineering Offering delivers large scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience with IT project management & delivery, preferably in an agile environment
Experience with JIRA , Confluence and related tracking tools
Adept at client communication and negotiation skills
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred
Scrum Master and SAFe certified
Basics of DevOps release management
