The Opportunity: The role is responsible for providing the management and support necessary to ensure that all Operational projects are executed on time, while delivering the desires business benefits. Key responsibilities will include:Collaboratively work with project and business stakeholders to plan, design and deliverUse best practice knowledge and hands-on experience to setup and maintain all aspects of project management on assigned operational initiatives.Use strong stakeholder management skills to influence and facilitate project outcomes in the best interest of Aon overallProvide accurate and concise reporting to management and project stakeholdersConducting process design/design activities and assisting with the development of implementation/change management plans.Support the segment to ensure the development, communication and implementation of effective operational procedures, growth strategies and processes. Assess and priorities proposed initiatives as they relate to the ABS strategyParticipate in the strengthening of Aon’s tools and methodologies by identifying opportunities and collaborating with colleagues About you: This position will suit someone with strong organisational and time management skills. Suitable people will also have:Bachelor's degree or interest in operations, information technology, project management, business, or related fields3-5 years of project or operational experience would be advantageous Understanding of general insurance or financial servicesDemonstrated experience in operational or project management and analysis with previous experience in a similar role Skilled in operational management, budgeting, resource development and planning.Stakeholder management with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
