Full-time Senior Project Administrator Opportunity in Boston with growing Company!
Responsibilities:
Leading project teams’ administrative functions
Communicate with the project team to ensure understanding of their needs and priorities
Maintaining document control compliance in accordance with our defined systems and procedures
Receive, track, and monitor incoming and outgoing transmittal records, engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation
Participate in project meetings related to document control, document management, and quality control
Facilitating development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in an engineering/architecture and construction environment is required
Successfully managed small to major projects from inception to completion of construction
Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite applications is required
Proficiency in using multiple electronic data management platforms
Ability to handle confidential assignments with tact and diplomacy
Self-starter, flexibility, and adaptability-enjoys the challenges of change and supports a dynamic management team by shifting priorities and dealing with ambiguity
Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000
