The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing effective marketing campaigns, website marketing, online collateral content, digital advertising, and marketing automation strategies. This role is also responsible for monitoring marketing campaign performance and social/digital media deployment through NAHQ’s marketing automation platform and website. Strong collaboration with other members of not only the marketing team, but also sales, research and product departments is essential to this role.
Responsibilities
Takes full ownership and accountability for marketing initiatives of assigned product lines, with the ability to build and deploy targeted campaigns that deliver revenue and lead generation initiatives, and generate and analyze reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
Manages marketing automation and execution of product related marketing campaigns.
Improves digital marketing presence through SEO and SEM, e-mail marketing campaigns and online advertising initiatives.
Ensures that all NAHQ marketing initiatives to promote products within its portfolio are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and developed, executed monitored and evaluated according to approved marketing metrics.
Develops digital marketing materials (email content, advertising content, calls to action, online collateral) for NAHQ’s portfolio of products.
Plays a significant role in supporting website content: ensuring content is aligned with overall marketing strategy, monitoring site activity and metrics, providing recommendations to promote a positive visitor/customer experience.
Works with external vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate development, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
Support NAHQ events, including online event registrations and logistics.
Represents the organization in public venues as needed.
Identify and manage email distribution lists for marketing activities
Management of social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Other responsibilities, as assigned.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in a healthcare or education organization Managing, designing, and implementing marketing strategies, branding and communication initiatives
Broad based experience in individual and team-oriented decision-making.
Leadership and management principles as they relate to non-profit/ voluntary organizations.
Experience with project management, digital marketing, customer experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write and edit targeted copy tailored to specific audiences and channels.
Strong marketing, communication, and online presence development expertise.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in various CRMs, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, etc.), email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp, Emma, etc.), Microsoft Office, and/or other data-related software.
Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible, versatile and/or tolerant in a changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency.
Professionalism: Good judgment, ability to interact with all levels of staff, vendors and customers using appropriate demeanor, appearance and high-level of confidence. Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and authenticity at all times.
