The Team

The Supply Value Chain Transformation team is a strategic project team, which sits under Supply Transformation and Data Integrity. Our team incubates and accelerates upstream supply chain initiatives and transforms these into end-state solutions in close collaboration with the sourcing community. Our specialism lies in the combination of both fostering talent with a Supply Value Chain of the future vision, and can use their project management excellence and experience in operational parts of the business we are transforming.

Position Summary

The Project Manager Supply Value Chain Transformation is responsible for driving upstream supply chain projects during the ideation stage with a specific focus towards digital transformation. As a Project Manager you will get support and coaching from your peers and team members. The goal as a PM is to develop project management strategies fitting for PVH and the respective topics. The role of Project Manager will challenge you to further develop your ideation skills, and to expand your horizons on developments within the supply value chain of the future. Projects within the current portfolio are focused on transforming the supply chain to be more transparent, data driven and end to end digitized.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ideation framework within the supply value chain transformation organization. First focus will be developing blue-prints for SVC digital transformation journey
• Providing and supporting a best in class Ideation space with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify detailed problems while maintaining a zoomed out focus on the overarching goals
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks and pitfalls
• Excellent at gathering information and transforming information into usable strategies across the organization
• Act as a contact person to the entire organization for problem solving

Position Requirements

• University/Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of experience in project management, change management and project planning, preferably in an equivalent position in fashion, and/or retail environment.
• Experience in digital transformation is a must
• Strong project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills
• Strong interest in Supply Chain and innovations within Supply Chain
• Eager to develop and learn from stakeholders
• Ability to deal with new and wide variety of topics
• Hands-on, result oriented and structured
• Comfortable in an ambiguous environment
• Strong team player with excellent social skills
• High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
• Experience with digital transformation and implementation
