This is an opportunity for an IT Project Manager experienced in Behavioral Health applications, Domestic Violence Prevention Initiatives, Business Analysis, and health information technology to be part of an IT project with Indian Health Services. The applications include Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention and Tele-Behavioral Health
In this dual role of requirements management and project management role, you will be involved in
Reviewing and understanding IT government policy including federal Meaningful Use regulations,
Translating them into application system requirements for behavioral health applications.
Managing lead analysts in Clinical software deployment
Developing project budgets and project schedules in MS Project
Analyzing various Behavioral healthcare initiatives including objectives and reporting requirements
Behavioral Health federal policy analysis (Meaningful Use, Privacy and Security policies)
Analysis and ramifications for program planning and software development
Authoring and editing reports for Business Owners, Agency Senior Executives, Congress and other key stakeholders
Working with Business Owners and subject matter experts (SME’s) to develop use cases and functional requirements for clinical software development & deployment
Some travel will be required.
To be considered for this role, your skills and experience should include:
Project Management experience in Clinical software development (Behavioral health preferred)
5 years experience as a clinical analyst (Behavioral health preferred)
B.S. degree
US Citizenship with the ability to pass a background investigation (credit & criminal)
