Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Digital Commerce Content Strategy role will set the framework, guidelines, and write the overarching strategic creative briefs to bring campaigns, content and experiences to life in an orchestrated, consistent, and efficient way across regions. This role will work with multiple cross-category teams to execute Global seasonal commercialized calendars, marketing briefs, and communication plans within Under Armour’s digital portfolio, including UnderArmour.com, Shop App, email and other digital properties. This Senior Manager will partner with both Global and Regional marketing and merchandising teams in the planning and creation of digital content strategies. This role will develop and lead a content review and calendar process to ensure communication plans and messaging are approved by both Brand and Global key stakeholders. This role will use quantitative and qualitative insights to make recommendations to improve awareness, adoption, and conversion by partnering with test and learn and analytics teams.

The end result is a cohesive, frictionless, and innovative omni consumer experience that drives brand love, engagement and retention, advocacy and LTV.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Global go-to-market process
Creative brief writing
Global commercialized calendar
Content management and activations
Content testing and measurement
The role will be a critical part of the commercialization process by managing a Global campaign calendar and the identification of independent regional needs for content support
Work closely with regional partners to ensure alignment across global and NA, EMEA, and APAC on campaigns, experiences, and content
Set up processes, tools, and streamline/build technology to allow teams to communicate effectively, self-service and move quickly
Champion market trends and opportunities, competitive insights and customer mindset hypothesis to shape strategies
Work with internal teams to establish success KPI's for each digital initiative & ensure proper measurement & reporting of those KPI's
Lead and manage a team with direct reports providing growth and development opportunities and a positive team environment


Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)


Experience leading cross-channel digital efforts across mobile and web
Good understanding of content creation process
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of enabling technologies, such as content management systems, HTML and other related technologies
Results / action-oriented with strong process, work-flow and project management skills
Ability to think innovatively and creatively and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
Resilience and resourcefulness
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team
Curious and open to continually learning and improving


Education And / Or Experience


Bachelor's degree preferred
5-7 years of experience in project management or related technical field (application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure)
2 years vendor management and creative brief development
