In this role, you will lead and execute some of our most complex and high impact technical implementation projects that enable our clients to better inform their business decisions through advanced data management.
What You Will Do:
Deliver configurable data management solutions that meet identified client needs
Lead a seamless transition from the sales and start-up processes to project implementation and on-time final delivery
Provide creative troubleshooting and adaptive leadership to quickly resolve bottlenecks or other project hurdles
Apply and model project management standard practices, techniques, and tools for planning, execution, ongoing milestone/deliverable tracking, communication, and key performance metrics
Identify and facilitate opportunities for process improvement by participating in process development and providing critical feedback
Support leadership with evaluating team strengths and allocating assignments to ensure successful and timely completion of projects
Audit work of other project management staff to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, client needs, and company standards
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
7 years’ experience in project management, including management of high-profile projects
PMP certification strongly preferred
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure compliance with project requirements
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external partners
Experience coaching, mentoring, and training peers and other co-workers on policies, processes, and standard practices
Healthcare and/or software project management experience is a plus
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
