As Senior Manager CXT Planning you will be a key contributing member to the life cycle of highly sophisticated/matrix management team running the CXT Portfolio planning process including planning, delivery status reporting, and closeout retrospectives, ensuring critical planned activities are delivered on time and achievements are celebrated. Responsible for leading a team planning and reporting of portfolios for the software and systems supporting **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. employees, customer care, technicians, and customers. Develops financial and operational objectives, while ensuring operational plans are aligned with business objectives. This role will support the CXT organization in three areas. Portfolio Management Processes and Integration - enabling cross functional processes and tools supporting a fully integrated end to end solution, planning, development, delivery, and retrospectives. Portfolio Reporting - design and deliver portfolio dashboards for delivery teams and partners with anytime/anywhere access to delivery status information. Accomplishments and Communication - Build and continuously improve delivery accomplishment reporting, communication processes and methodologies to bring awareness and celebrate the achievements. Who does the Senior Manager work with? In your role, you will provide leadership and liaison with partner teams on behalf of CXT. You will coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams including but not limited to CXT TPOs, CXT Delivery, TPX Planning and Delivery partners, you will collaborate with these teams to define and lead priorities, programs/project delivery, and provide frequent plan and status updates. About CXT (Customer and Employee Experience Technologies) We are looking for an experienced Manager with depth of the software development and delivery life cycle to take on the leadership responsibilities of CXT Planning . CX Technologies, a team within the TPX Customer Experience (CX) organization, and responsible for the technology, systems and tools that support the customer lifecycle (sales, activation, billing, support, etc.), as well as employee-facing functions such as human resources, finance, and workplace information technology. We collaborate with our business partners to lead the technology strategy and execution of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s customer experience transformation, which strives to make the customer experience simple, consistent, and digital. In addition to team management responsibilities, the person chosen for this role will also serve as a key member of the management team. As such, they will contribute to team strategy, identify, and implement process improvements, and actively participate in leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:
5 years experience managing software engineers or program managers in a dynamic, exciting environment.
2 years of proven experience in the design and development of applications and large-scale distributed systems.

Business Process Design and Continuous Improvement
Demonstrated ability or validated experience in software systems and tools supporting software delivery and portfolio management; Rally, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Office Suite.
Understanding of and experience with Agile methodologies; the full software development lifecycle, including functional and technical specifications, implementation, QA processes, deployment, and maintenance.
Demonstrable understanding of scalability implications in service design
