**Job Description Summary**
The Program Manager, Ultrasound Supply Base Development is accountable for leading the transformation of design through development and execution of supply base development. Work across the Americas Regions in developing current & future state supply base value stream map to drive optimal business performance for our customers, including lead time, inventory & productivity wing-to-wing. This role supports manufacturing operations and sourcing.

**Job Description**
**Key responsibilities include**
Manages all aspects of one or more large and medium sized and/or complex projects from initiation through closure.
Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans, encompassing project team structure and resource assignment, implementation, testing and training plans, creation of a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT requirements and ensuring successful transition to support and maintenance teams
Owns all project risk; including time, budget, and scope, and the associated plans to contain and/or mitigate risk
Identifies critical path decisions, makes recommendations and influences program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback
Coordinate monthly Operational Reviews working across the organization to ensure targeted outcomes are achieved, including key operational, quality, compliance, and finance measures as they relate to the Program scorecard(s).
Build and foster effective relationships with all key stakeholders, provide direct access for escalation, and proactive dialog.
**Quality Specific Goals**
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Maintaining full Quality System Regulation and Current Good Manufacturing Practices requirements
Maintaining full regulatory compliance and other legal requirements
**Qualifications**
BS Degree in related technical discipline, supply chain or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in operations; including no less than 3 years of project management experience
Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
Project management experience in global environments
Willing to travel up to 25%
**Preferred Qualifications**
MBA or Masters in Engineering or Operations
Experience in the Healthcare industry
Strong leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity
Black Belt certified
Lean expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
