Job Description

Role

The Program Manager, Syndication Partnerships is responsible for the successful deployment of the jointly developed product to our Syndication Partners in the North America Region. This includes but is not limited to scope definition, budget management, project schedule ownership, risk identification and mitigation, and operational process definition.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong collaborative spirit, an extreme sense of accountability and associated work ethic, an impeccable attention to detail, the ability to motivate a large team regardless of reporting structure and an ability to solve problems in disparate domains. As a member of the team, you'll need to have the ability to understand the fundamentals of the latest video technology and what it takes to launch large scale video services and features that involve multiple teams within and outside of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and Sky.

The position requires excellent communication skills, a highly collaborative approach, and a natural tendency to look beyond the confines of the role to drive business value across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Portfolio and Delivery Management


Responsible and accountable in supporting the planning, development and delivery of projects and programs across the North America region.


Delivery Execution


Work alongside fellow team members to help drive towards a repeatable, scalable delivery framework.

Identification of initiatives that drive quality and consistency in the delivery of services with customer experience at the forefront of thinking.

Be a strategic advisor across all your initiatives, so all stakeholders see you as an expert in delivery.


Required skills and experience


You have experience in supporting the delivery of important company-wide, software and hardware engineering initiatives.

You have the ability to think strategically, pragmatically and positively about product, technical and cross-functional challenges collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to problem-solve effectively for the benefit of the business and our partners.

You have an understanding of the SDLC and consistent record of achieving program objectives on schedule, on budget and meeting quality criteria.

You have strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

You have a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, design, product management and operational counterparts to deliver best in class products and services.

You have a demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.

You have knowledge and experience of working with Agile development teams.

You have knowledge of tracking and reporting tools, experience with JIRA and Smartsheet is desirable.

You have an enthusiasm and aptitude for learning and developing new skills and practices.

You have high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple / competing priorities simultaneously.

You have a successful track record in working on cross-functional, cross-organizational transformation efforts.

You have a strong belief in Agile/Lean working practices.

You have experience of working in fast paced digital environments, along with a well-rounded understanding of product and proposition development.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
