Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
This role will track, and project manage Product Onboarding activities thru the RISK workflowThey will monitor and track status of product onboarding execution, identify exceptions, respond to customer inquiries and escalations
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross functional teams on a daily basis for product onboarding
Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and vendors.
Bug management for designated tasks which includes creation of bugs, follow up on reported bugs and respond to assigned bugs
Route bugs for management of product onboarding workflows to coordinate NPI program changes and communicate potential impact to the project schedule
Create weekly reports, dashboards, google sheets, visualizations to track deployment progress and suggest improvements
Track SKU creation and constraint requests
Manage the change management for product catalog data resulting from onboarding changes
Provide assistance in data management for product catalog
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years working in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or Planning roles
Minimum of 2 years in Project Management
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in engineering supply chain management information management systems or Business
Strong Project Management Experience, of leading projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and or complexity
Quick learner, ability to understand complex business processes and systems quickly
Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills, Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets Excel and data visualization
Attention to detail and ability to quickly find anomalies
Self-driven, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced unstructured environment, tough deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Management Consulting experience
Exposure to working in Hi Tech Industry and Technical Infrastructure Racks, Servers,
Switches, Mechanical Components
Proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau and Javascript
Demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical solutions
