Immediate need for a Project Manager
who will be responsible for supporting the development and management of scope, schedule and budget for a portfolio of multi-million dollar Transmission & Distribution construction projects. Heavy construction project management experience required.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects at a given time working on development of schedules, scopes, and budgets.
Identify business and system requirements for higher efficiency internally.
Processing items in the internal databases including contractor payment authorizations, project change orders and requests, contracts, etc.
Track project deliverables, change orders, contracts, and analyze invoicing to ensure accuracy.
Execute project close out activities.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.
Experience supporting construction projects highly desired.
Experience with project documentation including invoicing, contracts, etc.
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
Utility Construction experience is a plus.
