Description
The Senior Project Manager - Top 200 ENR GC - Charlotte will:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities
Monitor projects and report progress and budget matters to the construction firm and clients
Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems with the project
Ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, such building and safety codes
Profile
The Senior Project Manager - Top 200 ENR GC - Charlotte should have:
5 Years of Project Management Experience w/ a General Contractor
Experience as a PM on Large commercial projects
Bachelors Degree in Construction Related field is preferred
Healthcare or Education Project experience highly preferred
Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
Job Offer
The Senior Project Manager - Top 200 ENR GC - Charlotte will receive:
Highly competitive base salary - $100,000 - 150,000 base
Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
