Associate Product Partnerships Manager
to join the Partnerships & Alliances team. You would be tasked with managing strategic partnerships with complementary technology companies, ISVs, Cloud Marketplaces, and GSIs, RSIs, and Digital Agencies in order to increase the value of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s solutions and drive growth. You are a passionate relationship builder and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment managing multiple priorities at once. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful go-to-market partnerships while operating across the organization with product, marketing, finance, operations, and sales teams. Experience managing external clients or partners and an understanding of relationship management, technical concepts, and cloud platforms will be critical to success in this role.
What You’ll Do
Identify, launch, and grow strategic or integration-based relationships with ISV, Cloud, SI, Agency, and GTM partners.
Guide ISV partners through the process of joining the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. App Directory program, and project manage announcements related to new partnerships.
Become a subject matter expert for Cloud platforms, including identifying product compatibility, measuring market opportunity, researching appropriate paths to partnership, and liaising with such partners to build and manage strategic relationships.
Conduct internal and external enablement sessions for partner solutions and integrations.
Provide ongoing support for partners, and address inquiries from **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. sales teams regarding our partnerships.
Support the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Revenue team by leveraging partners to drive adoption of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. platform and accelerate deal cycles.
Collaborate cross-functionally to create, maintain, and enhance technical, sales, and marketing partnership materials.
Work with the Partner Marketing team to evangelize partnerships and build campaigns to drive partner-led business.
Develop a clear understanding of partner needs and potential obstacles to improve upon partner relationships.
Collect feedback from clients and sales teams in order to identify areas of improvement in strategic partnerships or integrations.
Escalate business issues to achieve rapid resolution with partners and clients.
Utilize Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other reporting technologies to track partner projects and performance
Provide proactive updates to sales teams and leadership regarding new or notable partnership activities.
Conduct competitive research and analysis.
Conduct research to identify opportunities for new ISV, Cloud, and GTM partnerships and improvements to the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. partner program.
Analyze complementary software platforms and identify integration opportunities.
What You Have
BA/BS degree or similar university level education.
Ideally 3 years in a role interfacing with and project-managing ISV and/or agency partners.
All candidates, who may not have the above-listed years’ experience, but can demonstrate the necessary skills, may apply and will be considered.
Experience in a fast-paced consulting or digital agency environment or experience managing strategic partnerships at a software company.
Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Experience in project management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and API technology.

Experience co-selling an enterprise software solution with strategic partners.

The base salary at the time of hire for this position is expected to be between $98,550 - $164,500. Pay ranges at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
