Position OverviewnAs an Operations Associate Project Manager for the Enterprise Accounts team, you will provide support and management assistance for National Service Accounts, and be responsible for field implementation including technical accuracy of designed Fire Life Safety Systems (fire alarm) and other low voltage systems such as nurse call, security, card access paging, intercom, CATV/MATV and sound systems to meet system specifications and local authority requirements. This individual will report to the Senior National Operation Manager and have no direct reports.nResponsibilities: nnProvide support and management assistance for National Service Accounts and be responsible for field implementation including technical accuracy of designed Life Safety Systems (fire alarm) and other low voltage systems such as nurse call, security, card access paging, intercom, CATV/MATV and sound systems to meet system specifications and local authority requirements.nSupports delivery of simple projects or programs.nParticipates in project/program management activities (defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, and resource management activities).nParticipates in technical review of system design and documentation. Participates in continuous improvement activities and may support sales activities and client relationship.nnRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperiencennTypically 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented aboveHigh school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required. Associate’s degree highly preferred.NICET I certificationnDemonstrate and apply basic knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignmentsnSuccessfully apply knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specializationnPossess field knowledge to include repair, troubleshooting and inspection of various fire alarm, sprinkler and building wet systemsnKnowledge of local and national fire codesnKnowledge of organization's business practices and issuesnWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAPn5% travel may be requirednQualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
