A leading Irish Construction firm are looking to recruit a Project Manager in Dublin. This is a large scale project in Dublin city center. It is best suited to those who wish to work on a large scale medical build. Preferably those with Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience.
The role is best suited to those who meet the following criteria:
Degree Qualified in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a relevant field
Based in Dublin or looking to work in Dublin
Keen to work on a large scale build
Experience with Medical, pharma, food or high end construction standards
Experience with builds in excess of 40m
Experience with complex builds in the past
Keen to work in Dublin
Full Driving License
Excellent program management skills
Ability to plan and schedule multiple teams
Excellent communication skills
