Come on board and reap the rewards. Job ResponsibilitiesProject manage the Data Solutions (Asia Pac) Operations programme of work adopting a rigorous governance methodology to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to scope and within budgetInfluence platform integrations, based on the integration roadmap, manage the change process for operations, to ensure selected local data products (focus markets are India, Australia, New Zealand and China) are integrated into the global platform in-line with the agreed scheduleServe as the primary liaison with the global Operations Leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the global process and regional flexibility as necessaryBring the regional voice of the clients and colleagues to the Global Data Solutions Transformation leadership team for strategic and tactical decision makingPerform a subject matter expert role for APAC region on global operations, data management and platforms, providing expertise on operational solutions, colleague training and an inquiry point to Data Solutions teams across the local marketsProvide regional product expertise to problem solve operational opportunities and issues with escalations to leadership as requiredContribute to drive any improvement opportunities in terms of processes and technology for efficiency, and drive for expert implementationCoordinate with local market change management leaders to ensure adoption and understanding of product and operational changesEstablish and act as a connector of relationships between global, regional and local teams across advisory, data solutions, operations and platformsSuggested Skills and Experience5 years of experience in a project or program management role. Experience working in a data driven, Operations function, preferred.Proven experience of delivering complex operational/organisational change projectsSolid understanding of Project Management methodologies (e.g PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile) and structures and able to demonstrate a pragmatic application of these appropriate to a given audience and/or situationAbility to initiate, grow and maintain strong working relationships at all levels including executive sponsors, business leaders, subject matter experts and other key stakeholdersEducationBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience requiredPMP Certification preferred How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
