Epic Clinical Implementation Lead/ PM
Work Location:
Jackson, TN. Confirmed: Onsite is required and must for this role
Candidate Status:

Key Skills: Want someone with broad clinical experience (read: lab/rad/card/other applications beyond inpatient). Senior individual who has a clinical background (RN ideally).

Required Skills:
Overall leader of the clinical acute implementation (clinical workstreams - inpatient/nursing, ancillary, and subspecialty modules). Needs to have experience across the clinical modules (representative, not comprehensive), and the ability to surface a more holistic design and architecture of the clinical applications
Ideally has a clinical RN (Registered Nurse) background - practiced and credentialed
Multiple experiences with Epic implementations (or optimization) projects that are full lifecycle. Please exclude credentialed trainers as those are not fulsome enough of implementation experiences
Project management skills are a must; experience running multiple workstreams concurrently with complexity of implementation
Understanding of workflow and design considerations from a clinical perspective, raising up beyond Epic module configuration and into workflow, job role, and overall transformation changes
