Luxury Residential Project Manager
The role is an on-site Superintendent/PM position for fully custom homes. Our client is seeking someone who is professional, and well-spoken. The ability to be client-facing and communicate clearly is a must.
Client Details
Our client is a small custom home builder located just outside Boston, with projects located within 128 belt in the Boston, Back Bay, and surrounding areas. Their projects range from a few thousand dollars up to a few million dollars but majority of their projects are around the $1M - $2M range. Founded in 1977 they are now on their second generation of leadership and continuing to thrive in today's changing market.
Description
Oversee the jobsite daily
Communicate with clients
Communicate with the team in the office
Use Procore to keep track of project
Build home to specification on plans
Profile
5-10 years of experience in Custom Homebuilding
Experience in a smaller company environment is preferred but not required
Ability to wear multiple hats
Enjoys working with people
Proficient in Procore and general computer software
Ability to mulit-task and oversee multiple sites if required
