Role Accountabilities
Portfolio Management & Optimization
• Support of new product commercialization activities as well as product related sales support.
• Drive innovation projects through the IMF process to commercialization in North America.
• Develop and implement optimized processes and tools to more effectively and efficiently support the North America sales organization as it relates to product attributes, usage profiles, quality, and any other non-price related issues.
• Lead forecasting improvement change with the Sales team to help Dispenser Category improvement inventory management and service to distribution/end user customers. Collaborate with planning and product supply.
• Communicate regularly with the Sales team regarding customer facing dispenser initiatives as well as being the first point of contact for sales on everyday dispenser questions
• Development of process improvements to the Dispenser Product Management role to enable more time for higher level work for the team around strategy, analytics, and general management.
• Continuously measure effectiveness and ROI of initiatives and apply learnings in ongoing strategies and plans.
• Support Dispenser Team in developing PowerPoint Presentations, Ship to Reports, Product Happenings, ETQ Claims and Forecasting SFDC Opportunities on Big Deals.
• Identify growth opportunities and unmet chooser/user needs as input for potential innovation opportunities that support profitable growth.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree, in business-related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or sales roles with a marketing experience preferred.
• Continuous improvement / lean project management experience.
• Demonstrated success working effectively with teams
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated personal credibility through communication skills, achieving results, and trusted relationships
• Demonstrated contagious positive energy to influence, inspire, and drive results
Preferred:
• Masters / MBA with concentration in Marketing
• Experience in a B2B environment
• Commercial / Functional Skills
• Experience in more than one functional area.
