Job Summary:


Act as liaison between manufacturing plant, inside sales team and external customer
Sales order entry, including contract review, problem solving with engineering & scheduling teams, kick off meetings with customers
Tracking & expediting order constraints to ensure on time delivery of order
Provide customer updates & weekly group calls (drafting and updating detailed production schedule, updating logs with outstanding business items)
Quoting and processing change orders
Facilitate milestone invoicing and tracking
Process customer returns, credits, rebills and other finance related transactions

Minimum Job Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business related field
Experience working with SAP.
Relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
