Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager. Must have extensive experience setting up a PMO!
Job responsibilities include:
PMI certification required to run 2 projects
Will manage 10 resources and handle a 1 million dollar budget
Manage vendor resources
Data warehouse project create ETL processes
Keeping project and getting and all resources on course
Managing 3
rd
party tools and getting all financial statements for company and stakeholders
Testing operational procedures
Creating and implementing strategy for clear business processes bench marks
Creating an RFP to send requirements out to bid find new software provider and integrate
Deadline is July to complete RFP process
Clarify process
PMO discipline at a high level
Track reporting and templates review starts
Put procedures in place
Guide other project managers
MS Project, SDLC, Risk Management
Oversee software development business process clarification hardware installs
Dictate project delivery
Any manufacturing or automotive experience is a huge plus!
