Our client is hiring a Project Manager that will serve as a liaison between all cross-functional teams. In this role, you will manage, coordinate, and lead projects from initiation through delivery. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.

Responsibilities:
Establishing/assembling project teams and coordinating activities
Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis
Performs economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost
Managing and obtaining Customer Concurrence through direct and indirect communication with Customers and Account Teams as well as managing critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience
Collaborating with diverse and strong cross functional teams
Being central point of contact for Genpact Project Manager
Establishing and monitoring all timelines
Establishing and monitoring all actions items and owners
Developing overall SLA document
Monitoring contracting obligations and requirements
Maintaining executive overviews
Overseeing project team scheduling and meeting management
Supporting onboarding of vendors
Leading “mini” project plans for break outs (whether in AP, Credit, Collections, Payments, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
7 years of Project Management experience
Senior or Principal level equivalent experience
Finance operations experience
Microsoft Tool suite experience
Vendor Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work within multiple databases and tools for pulling, analyzing, and tracking of data
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Enterprise Release management experience
Experience in KPI's and Metrics
Experience in Organizational Change Management discipline
Experience in Legacy systems (TRACE, Netmart, PART, ACMS, SiteTrack, PACE, NSITE)
PMP certification
