Essential Responsibilities:
Manage multidisciplinary team to ensure on time delivery of major offshore installation tooling such as blade rack, blade transport frame or tower stands
Organize project reviews to align design engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, transport and test and validation campaign
Manage priorities, conduct business plan and report progress to Project Office direction and Project director
Prepare and follow budget with Finance team and steering committee
Follow-up manufacturer selection process with Sourcing and participate to survey
Ensure on time delivery of the parts and manage subcontractor
Organize quality and test plan, manage subcontractors, certification body and tooling designer
Mobilize resources on site to run test and validation campaign and load-out operations
Ensure reporting to project management team and Project Office team
Qualifications/Requirements:
Master’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or strong experience in offshore project execution and management of operations
Minimum of 8 years of experience in wind, construction or O&G sector
Desired Characteristics :
Experiences in conducting mechanical engineering subjects prior to move to project management including site operation including complex logistic and lifting of large components
Experienced in contract management
Good knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge in supply chain management
Organized and transparent
Good communication skills, high flexibility
Able to work within a multicultural team
