TALEO CONSULTANT - Long term position!
Reputable company in St.Louis is seeking a Taleo consultant for an ongoing project. Great work and team environment! Manager is looking to interview and start someone as soon as possible.
Talent Sourcing:
• Manage utilization and performance of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Serve as the functional & strategic lead system administrator of the ATS for NPPC
• Set standard operating procedures and ensure system use compliance within Purina
• Maintain a clear governance model for the ongoing administration of the ATS
• Provide strategic directions to ATS administrators on how to leverage and utilize the system functionalities.
• Oversee the coaching and support of manufacturing HR teams regarding use of ATS system, upgrades, and overall satisfaction with support model.
• Coordinate system maintenance to support general operation with LGO
• Design and generate custom user reports including university recruitment reporting and Talent Sourcing Analyses leveraging the ATS system, Access, and other required databases as requested by Director of Talent Sourcing.
• Assist in testing , deployment and maintenance of internal eLearning courses for the ATS
• Oversee ATS upgrade projects as required by Talent Sourcing team
• Trouble shoot system issues for external and internal application systems
• Manage relationship with ATS support vendor and TALEO leads
• Partner with compliance to audit, assess and ensure administrators and users are fully utilizing ATS according to company expectations.
• TALEO Administration - adding trouble shooting, correspondence, codes, templates, etc.
• TALEO Upgrade Projects - i.e. onboarding, scheduling center, etc.
• TALEO Strategic Decision Making/Visioning
• TALEO System Training
• Building and running TALEO Reports
• Development and Implementation of Onboarding tool that integrates with ATS
• Partner with Futurestep support on TALEO system
• Attend ongoing learning conferences on TALEO tool
• Point for TS on HR Operations and Metrics projects involving the ATS
• Experience
o Must have experience working on HR ATS systems for a minimum of 2 years (TALEO experience preferred). This includes system administration, vendor partnership, and troubleshooting ATS system issues. Minimum of 2 years team lead and project management experience implementing systems across an organization a plus.
o Ability to understand very detailed requirements yet communicate technical information with management in an easily understood manner. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and problem solving skills.
o BS or BA college degree is required
Organizational Development
• Ongoing support of LMS - maintenance, new functionality
• Evaluation, set up, and implementation of new LMS functionality
• Implementation of Global LMS
• LMS reporting development
• LMS issues troubleshooting and technical issues resolution
• Provide strategic directions to LMS administrators on how to leverage and utilize LMS functionalities, especially in creation and maintenance of Learning Plans and Job-Related Curriculum Assignments.
• Coordinate system maintenance to support general operation with LGO
• Design and generate custom user reports
• Assist in testing, deployment and maintenance of internal eLearning courses accessed through the LMS
• Assist in the LMS Upgrades projects as needed
• Consult and coordinate further implementation of the LMS system within Functional Training organizations outside of HR - partnering with NPPC and NUSA LGO.
• Continually asses and ensure our administrators and users are fully utilizing the LMS functionality. Make proactive recommendations for continuous improvement of system and usage.
• Experience
o Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing and supporting Learning Management Systems. Minimum of 2 years extensive team lead and project management experience implementing systems across an organization a plus.
o Ability to understand very detailed requirements yet communicate technical information with management in an easily understood manner. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and problem solving skills.
o BS or BA college degree is required
