The Assistant Project Manager, Government Contracts will support multiple contracts within the National Security Solutions (NSS) Division’s Intelligent Sensors, and Systems Exploitation (ISSE) Business Area by managing budgets, providing contract status and program support, and attending and preparing for program management reviews within the ISSE Business Area. The successful candidate will participate in all programs, labor planning, business development pipeline, security, contracts and proposal meetings hosted by the Business Area Lead. The Assistant Project Manager will provide support to ISSE program technical leads and coordinate with support elements including contract, finance and security. Responsibilities Monthly review of preliminary invoices in coordination with the Finance departmentReviews past months final invoices to make sure they were entered into Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) correctlyPerforms monthly Business Development Pipeline Review and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Reviews, Monthly Task Review (MTR)/Internal Research & Development (IR&D) chart preparationProvides Accounts Receivable meeting support – resolving invoice issues with Finance and reviews of Contract Initial Setup (CIS) forms for contract modifications/contract setupSupports Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and performance reviews and assists Business Area Lead in the development of overhead budgetHosts the Intelligent Sensing & Signal Exploitation (ISSE) Group Management meeting weekly and takes actions and creates items on the Kanban BoardRuns Project Status Reports (PSR) weekly to track costs for IR&Ds, directs projects, Bid & Proposal (B&P)Prepares customer Monthly Contract Status Reports (MCSR): CLIN 1, CLIN 2, CLIN 3Holds monthly meetings with PM/Task Leads on reviewing spending on the previous months, adjusts labor & revenue (L&R) tracking spreadsheets, discusses projections and other direct cost (ODC)Drafts B&P requests and tracks B&P spending weekly, supports Pricing Spreadsheet developmentCoordinates with Proposal Manager and Contracts, supports gathering quotes for travel and provides proposal supportProvides support to government furnished property management and security document holding internal audits. Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in providing program management assistance for Federal government contractsGeneral understanding of Federal contract programmatic tasks such as budgets, level of effort, program management reviews, security clearances, and staffingUnderstanding of financial reporting and trackingProficient in managing multiple tasks with competing deadlinesAbility to display judgement and confidentiality about corporate and project informationExperience working with all levels of company employeesAbility to grasp technical information at a high levelExpert in Microsoft Office Suite of tools including, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong communication skills including verbal and writtenAN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITON, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
